All Interactions are Leads
Every person who interacts with your brand should be considered a marketing or sales lead. Companies may have thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of potential customers who retweet, reply, mention, or even follow their handle, yet for whatever reason have yet to be perceived as leads.
Instead of going through multiple tools to find interactions and research each person as a separate lead, Socedo now allows our clients to download all Twitter users who interact with their brands as leads with more than 50 data points (including email addresses). This feature is available to all Premium and Enterprise customers, who have access to this data immediately.
Our exports now include data on two different types of leads:
- [NEW FEATURE] Organic Leads: These leads interacted with you organically by following you, retweeting you, replying to a tweet or mentioning your handle, even if they haven’t been engaged via Socedo.
- Discovered Leads: These are the leads from your Socedo prospect list who were approved and followed you back. (This data is already available for download for current clients)
Our custom data append system sources data points such as job title, company name, number of people in company, and email address by searching social networks and the web.
Social Listening as Lead Generation
Our clients can now download this data into a csv file to upload into your CRM, marketing automation, or email management software. Alternatively, you can integrate it directly into Marketo or Salesforce. Once a lead (whether Organic or Discovered) is uploaded to Marketo or Salesforce, we continuously upload interactions between the lead and your handle, so you can see every time the lead has replied or retweeted one of your tweets or mentioned your handle.
This information is integral to knowing your audience, which content produces interactions from valuable leads, and how to approach each lead individually. You can clearly see who this lead is, where they work, their industry and company size, their role within that organization, and what content they engage with. The Organic Lead Export enables truly individualized marketing on a massive scale.
How to Access Your Data
Once in your Socedo account, click on “LEAD EXPORT” in the navigation.
From this page, you can either configure an integration directly with Marketo or Salesforce or download the data directly to a csv file.
Exporting a csv takes 3 quick steps:
- Select a time range for lead acquisition
- Select which types of leads you’d like (Discovered, Organic, or both)
- Select which data points you’d like to export
That’s it! After a few clicks of a mouse, your data for all selected leads will be emailed to you.
Laser-targeted Email Campaigns
With the Organic Lead Export, you’ll save hundreds of hours of customer research and social listening efforts. Because all data points on all leads are downloadable in one place, you can organize leads by job title, organization size, or location for email campaigns that will speak directly to the needs of your audience.
You can then upload different segments of your lead export into different email lists for uber-targeted blasts. You’ll now be able to send industry-specific content or offers, or invitations to local events. This also allows you to send interaction-based communications. For instance, if someone retweeted a blog post you wrote, email them with another related piece, then ask if they want to join your email list.
With this new feature, we include all data points mentioned above, with the addition of “number of relevant activities,” which reports the total number of Socedo engagements or organic interactions between you and the lead after your account is turned on.
