Capture every lead, and take full control of your marketing pipeline.
To provide end-to-end demand generation using social data, Socedo provides additional lead data beyond Twitter profiles, including email address, company, job title, LinkedIn URL, and more. You can use this data to send emails to your unconverted leads, nurture them with relevant content, or follow up with your most qualified leads right away. Socedo can provide this data as a CSV export to upload into the marketing or sales platform of your choice, and the system has direct integrations with Marketo and Salesforce.
Now we’re excited to announce that Socedo integrates directly with HubSpot too. We’ve also made it easier to configure your integrations in the process. Learn more about the HubSpot integration below, and sign up for a free trial of Socedo to discover how you can make full use of social data.
Email & Nurture Your Leads
Socedo is providing you with qualified, engaged leads every day, but not all leads convert on the first call-to-action. The last thing we want to do as marketers is let a lead go cold, leave the funnel, or worse of all, ignore a prospect who might be just one more touch away from converting.
When new leads come into your system, add them to a nurture campaign to send relevant content over email, driving them step-by-step closer to a conversion. It’s also a good practice to send a simple welcome email saying “hello,” and you may want to remind leads how you connected with them. And if you’re using HubSpot’s dynamic CTAs, you can ensure leads receive messages on your website tailored to their industry or interest.

Track & Score Your Leads
Customers who find the most value from Socedo use social data that the platform provides to keep every lead engaged, on or off social media. The HubSpot integration allows you to take advantage of this data automatically, tracking two types of activities:
Socedo Lead Stage is entered as a unique property in HubSpot and refers to where a lead is in your engagement process. This value will appear in the event feed, and you can use this data as a trigger for lead scoring and real-time marketing. For example, when a lead’s Socedo Stage changes from “Followed” to “Clicked,” increase their lead score and add them to a relevant nurture program that will send a follow-up email. Socedo stages include:
- Followed back
- Clicked your DM link
- Responded to your DM
Organic Interactions are actions that leads take on Twitter, outside of Socedo’s workflow. These are entered as notes on the lead record. If you have the HubSpot CRM enabled (free with a HubSpot account), you can use this information to determine how engaged your leads have been when reaching out to them. Organic interactions include:
- Retweeted you
- Favorited one of your Tweets
- Mentioned your handle in a Tweet
All it takes to connect HubSpot to your Socedo account is your Hub ID. In your Socedo campaign, click on the “Campaign Settings” tab at the top of the screen. Here, you’ll see options to integrate with HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Salesforce. Enter your Hub ID and log-in with your credentials. Your HubSpot account in now connected to Socedo!
From here, you can customize your configuration on Socedo to export specific types of leads like:
- Approved leads: All prospects that have been approved in Socedo
- Followers only: Only approved leads that followed your handle on Twitter
More info on how to configure your integration can be found in the Integration Guide. We’ll send a small batch of leads on the first sync, so you can make sure your integration is firing on all cylinders. From there, leads sync nightly every 24 hours.
