As a Socedo customer, you’ll work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will guide you through your Socedo implementation and be a B2B marketing resource for you. This person will spend time with you to understand your business goals, and help you develop strategies and tactics for achieving those goals using Socedo. In addition, he or she will keep you posted about our new features and ensure you take full advantage of our platform’s capabilities.
Here’s what your collaboration might look like.
Your customer success manager will have kick-off call with you. This is an opportunity for him or her learn about your business goals, your use case(s), help you develop a strategy and specific tactics for using Socedo to reach your goals, and figure out how you would measure success.
Discover Leads and Engage
You know your audience best. But we would like to provide suggestions to you along the way to help you discover even more qualified social leads and engage with them. Once you’ve done the initial work (setting up keywords and direct messages), your customer success manager can help you find the best keywords for your business, and develop and test messages to convert leads. In addition, you can learn more best practices through our free guides or enroll in classes in Socedo University.
Following Up with Social Leads
Once you have some engaged leads you’ve captured through Socedo, you’ll want to follow up with these folks. You’ll need to think about how you want to contact them to continue to build a rapport. In many cases, you’ll also want to sync these new leads to your system of record, whether that’s your CRM system or marketing automation system. Your customer success manager can work with you to develop a follow-up strategy, such as setting up lead nurturing campaigns to convert more leads from Socedo. He or she can also help you connect Socedo to Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, if needed.
Increase Your Social Reach and Engagement by Activating Multiple Accounts
You know that marketing messages are not one-size-fits-all. Perhaps you’re interested in reaching multiple audiences (i.e. Marketers and IT professionals), or audiences in multiple locations, or run a few campaigns to test out different offers. Socedo supports multiple accounts, so that you can send different messages to different groups for a higher degree of specialization while still engaging with a lot of leads. Your customer success manager can help you set up multiple accounts and then develop strategies and tactics for each campaign.
