With that in mind, we’ve created a new feature that allows Socedo users to export detailed and enhanced data on the leads who have engaged with them.
The Enhanced Data Export feature will now be available on the Socedo Reports page and it’s a game-changer! Users will have access to tons of new information on the leads who have shown active interest in them, enabling them to supercharge their engagement and grow their business.
What to Expect
The export feature will allow you to download customizable lists of information on your leads, whichever data that best fits your needs. This export will be formatted in a CSV file that can then be uploaded to most CRM systems, so you can better manage the data and take next steps with prospective customers.
And this isn’t your typical export. The enhanced data available on the export provides a detailed, multi-faceted view of your leads. This information comes in a variety of categories including:
- Basic Profile info (Twitter handle, Location, Bio, etc.)
- Enhanced Profile info (Job title, Company, LinkedIn info, Klout score, etc.)
- Socedo Data (Engagement status, Date Approved/Followed/Followed Back, DM Response, etc.)
- Company info (Company website, Company LinkedIn, Size, Location, etc)
- And even the lead’s email address!
Yep, you read that right! Socedo can now retrieve and export the email addresses of the leads who have followed you back on Twitter.
At no additional charge, all Socedo customers with a Standard package will receive 50 email credits a month, and customers with Premium packages will receive 500 credits a month. Each unique email address Socedo gives you will be worth one credit, so you only use up credits when a new email is attached to a lead’s information. What if you export a file multiple times? Don’t worry – you will not lose credits for email addresses you have exported in the past.

New Data, New Look
With all of this new data to sort through, you might be thinking “Whoa, how do I manage what I want to export?” Fear not, young grasshopper, we’ve made it easy for you to handle. Here’s a brief overview of what you can expect.
There are five categories of data to choose from, each with it’s own set of valuable lead info. When you first open the export page there will be default boxes checked for you. To select all fields in their respective category simply click the circle at the very top of that column.
You can always deselect the default options or select more to find the perfect fit for you – and your preferences will save for next time!
