When we see our customers use social media, they use it to enhance engagement with their prospects, but little do they know that adding scores for each engagement will help track the value of each lead.
So why is social data important? Well, that’s where lead scoring and social media meet!
In order to be successful, you should be tracking your data on social media because simply, that’s where your customers are spending most of their time.
