As we increase our commitment to our customers this year, we’re now adding more resources to help them convert social media leads and more opportunities to work with our Customer Success team.

Starting in April, we’re launching a new program called Socedo University, exclusively for Socedo customers, consisting of a weekly webinar series and bonus content.
For April, the webinar series includes:
- April 5th – Writing Killer DMs
- April 14th – Multiple Account Strategies
- April 20th – Inbound vs. Outbound Strategies (Optimizing Socedo for Sales and/or Marketing)
- April 27th – The Secret Features of Socedo
The webinar series will also cover new product features, ways to be efficient with Socedo, how to become a successful social media marketer, and stories of our rock star customers. We’ll also listen for our customers to submit topic suggestions, based on their own day-to-day struggles.
Customers who enroll in Socedo University will be automatically registered for the University webinar series, hear from guest speakers, access exclusive online content—and even be assigned some homework! Whatever your skill level, we’ll have the resources you need to take your Socedo strategy to the next level.
Our Customer Success Team
